›Which devices does LiveCompanion run on?

LiveCompanion runs on Mac, with macOS 26 or later. The free LiveCompanion Viewer app runs on iPhone and iPad.

›Is it a subscription?

No. You pay for your licence once and keep it.

›Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?

Yes, from your account. You only pay the price difference between your current tier and the new one, and your licence key stays the same.

›On how many Macs can I use my licence?

Each licence works on one Mac at a time, whatever the tier. To move it to another Mac, remove the old one from your account.

›Do I need an internet connection during the show?

No. LiveCompanion checks your licence from time to time when it is online, then works offline.

›Who handles payment and invoices?

Paddle, our authorised reseller. It takes the payment, applies your country's sales tax and sends you the invoice.
